本科以上学历，工业工程、物流管理、供应链管理、管理科学与工程专业背景，英文口语流利，负责仓库优化、客户投诉处理、第三方供应商管理以及供应链优化项目。

Summary of Responsibility
This position is responsible for the management of third party logistics partners (3PLPs) and drive improvement projects or process changes in Suzhou supply chain when necessary. This position is also responsible to drive root cause investigation and implement effective corrective actions on logistics complaints. He/She should assist in production scheduling. This role will serve as a key support to Suzhou Supply Chain Manager.

Key Accountabilities

· Warehouse Quality Management
？ Work with warehouse supervisor on continuous improvements to warehouse processes
？ Optimize warehouse utilization and look for ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations
？ Review the warehouse layout and plan additional storage requirement for business expansion
？ Conduct regular safety audit
？ Making frequent trips to outsourced warehouses to perform process audit of service providers

· Complaints Handling
？ Drive timely root cause investigations
？ Follow up on corrective actions and propose process improvements to prevent re-occurrence
？ Follow up on claims to relevant parties when needed

· Supplier Management
？ Perform process audit on 3PLPs
？ Identify areas of improvements and work with 3PLPs on improvement plan
？ Conduct supplier rating and feedback to 3PLPs for improvements
？ Conduct monthly performance review with 3PL
？ Responsible for yearly RFQ

· Supply Chain & Site Plant Projects
？ Actively look for costs reduction and process improvement projects
？ Champion improvement/optimization projects with local university
？ Value Stream Mapping(VSM) study for offline processing
？ Analyze the opportunity for VMI collaboration
？ Logistics cost reduction projects, eg. Milk run, sea shipment, etc.
？ Customer Trims Return Process
？ EVA warehouse design & setup
？ EVA SAP implementation
？ Support silos and bag in box implementation
？ Perform supply chain analysis and define SOP within plant to support business requirements

· Backup Production Scheduling and OFS
？ Involve in all production scheduling activities
？ Start up for EVA, offline and L2 scheduling
？ Involve in order fulfillment process design
？ Assist in FTA, duty exemption and regulations in China


Qualifications and Requirements

? At least a bachelor degree holder or equivalent in Industrial Engineering
? 5 years experience and knowledge on logistics industry and supplier / vendor management is preferred.
? Relevant experiences with running and implementation of logistics projects
? Excellent understanding of supply chain methodology and relationship to distribution and inventory management.
? Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications
? Excellent in spoken & written English communication skills.
? Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
? Process oriented thinking, highly analytical, mathematical oriented and possess excellent problem solving skills
? Forward looking attitude, highly self directed and have proven track records in process improvement and/or cost reduction implementation.
