主要工作范围：

Major operating range:

？ 负责公司（SCH）各类生产设备的日常管理、维修，确保设备的正常使用和安全运营。

In charge of machines management（SCH）, improvement and daily maintenance on plant equipments; Dealing with equipment error to ensure equipments are in good position and make sure it is in safety situation.

？ 负责公司各项设备的管理、安装调试、技术改进、检修及现场技术处理，确保设备的正常使用和安全运营。

In charge of management, installation and trial run, technical improvement, overhaul and on-side technical solution of equipments. Ensure equipment running in a good and safe situation.

？ 负责公司动力系统及特种设备的管理和维护和安全生产

In charge of power system and special equipments management; related maintenance and safety operation.

？ 负责对维修工的电气技术及安全培训和现场指导

Be responsible for the maintenance work on the electrical technical training included safety and on-site guidance.

具体工作职责：

Responsibility:

？ 负责建立设备预测性、预防性维护计划和日常保养计划，并组织实施计划和检验效果。

In charge of establishment equipment records of preventive maintenance, predictive Maintenance and daily maintenance plan; implement the action of the planning and check the results.

？ 完成新设备新生产线的安装和调试

Responsible for the installation and adjustment of new equipments or new production lines

？ 负责设备综合调试处理，提高生产效率；如减少故障率，产能提高

Responsible for technical adjustment of overall equipment to improve production efficiency; such as reducing the failure rate, increasing production capacity

？ 负责公司动力系统及特种设备的管理和维护和安全生产

In charge of power system and special equipments management; related maintenance and safety operation.

？ 解决改进、改造生产设备、抢修现场设备事故等各类设备技术问题

Solve the improvement of the modification of equipment, repair equipment accidents and other types of equipment technical problems.

？ 编制设备维修作业指导书；管理和指导维修工、操作工正确和安全操作﹑维护及保养作业设备

Make equipment maintenance instruction, manage and guide maintenance worker, operator to work correctly and safely; make maintenance on the equipmen

？ 负责设备电气部分备品备件档案建立和管理

In charge of the establishment and management of spare electric part recorder documents of equipment

？ 协助对维修工电气技术及安全作业培训，提高维修工技术水平

Assist to take training of the maintenance skill of maintenance and safety operation to maintenance workers；Improve their technology

？ 负责公司用电设备电气安全，保证公司设备、人员的使用安全

Take responsibility on operation security of equipment and ensure security of equipment and faculty; in charge of safety operation

？ 组织开展公司TPM系列工作

Organize and launch TPM event

？ 完成公司KAIZEN相关的改进任务

Finish improvement task related to KAIZEN

？ 执行ISO14000、TS16949及OHSAS18001的相关条款,承担公司体系文件规定的相关安全、环境和质量）责任。诚信正直，诚信行事，遵守公司的道德规范；

？ 本科以上机电一体化或机械工程，电气自动化，数控等相关专业

Bachelor degree or above in Mechatronics or mechanics, electrics, NC relevant.

相关经历及基本技能：

Related Experience and skills:

？ 具备相关工作岗位三年以上工作经验

More than 3 years hands-on working experience of equipment maintenance

？ 精通PLC等工控和电气控制原理知识技术，能够编程及维护指导

Familiar with PLC technology and electric control system, provide the guide of programme and maintenance

？ 熟悉液压、气动系统及机械传动技术及维护；

Familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic machine driving system technology and maintenance

？ 了解设备管理流程及成本控制

Know well about equipment management process and cost control.

？ 熟悉TPM知识，有组织全员开展设备维护的技能

Know well about TPM technology, with good organization skill of Total Productive Maintenance.

？ 熟悉EFMEA设备预防性分析技术，有对关键设备有针对性的预测性的维护经验

Familiar with Equipment Failure Mode and Effect Analyses, have the maintenance experience for key machines Predictive Maintenance.

？ 熟悉KAIZEN持续改善工作

Master KAIZEN skill and continue improvement tasks.

？ 较强的事故判断和处理能力，动手能力强
