Key Responsibilities

1,HR partner to CEO and his leadership team in delivering business and organizational results
2,HR leader to manage global HR function, departments and staff spread over the world
3,Own and drive the people & organizational strategy to support operation and business growth in Asia, EMEA and North America. Deliverables include but are not limited to:
4,International and multicultural talent recruiting and management
5,Employee engagement and retention
6,Leadership and management team building and development
7,Organization planning and development
8,On board senior leaders of all cultures and provide coaching and insight
9,Organization health and effectiveness diagnosis and improvement
10,Change management
11,Interface with corporate to help to build up and develop investments worldwide

Qualifications Required

1,Minimum 8 years of directly applicable experience in HR leadership/management positions in major MNC players.
2,Experience in Organization Development and Overseas HR Management is a strong plus.
3,Ability to work within a highly matrix environment, strong collaborator and influencer
4,Must be a change agent who embraces diversity and can work across different cultures seamlessly
5,Must be agile and is able to switch mode of operations
6,Complex problem solving skills with deep insights
7,Strong coaching skills, proven track record in people management
8,Excellent command of English and Chinese
