1.确保完成生产计划下达的生产任务
2.提高产线生产效率及生产良品率，并且保证产品质量达到客户质量要求
3.确保生产现场5s，了解生产线的各种生产流程，及时解决生产过程中所发生的各种状况
4.确保对所带班员工的质量意识培训并激发属下员工的工作积极性
5.对涂料及产线其他喷漆或移印消耗品的节约管控公司介绍
