Key responsibilities(主要职责)

Strategy and Planning
? Support Head of Private Banking in preparing market research, strategic paper, collaboration presentations, etc.
? Keep up-to-date knowledge on market trend, keep abreast of different investment products and services, and give input for new product development based on valuable awareness of client’s investment needs

Risk and compliance
? Observing policies and regulations at all times, include code of conduct, suitability, compliance matrix, cross border restrictions, marketing guideline and relevant ordinances of China, HK and Singapore.
? Observing internal guidelines and understanding the risk profile of the clients. Acting as a gatekeeper and ensuring new regulatory/ internal policies are implemented and rolled up properly.
? Responsible for data confirmation relating to regulatory reporting, as well as internal reports by risks, compliance, GT, BOS and so on.


Business Development
? Work and partner with OCBC and BOS’s Investment advisors, Product Group, and other counterparts to develop and maintain a group of dedicated clients.
? Assist and involve in developing new business and capitalize business opportunities
? Build market share and explore customer needs especially to serve the corporate needs and cross boarder corporate facility needs of PB customers.
? Involve in developing new products and related procedures/policies
? Deal with external law firm/insurance/valuer/property development companies and act as coordinator for external channel build up and responsible for RI agreement to facilitate business development.
? Coordinate with OCBC & BOS’s functional counterparts.
? Provide professional opinions to BOS RM regarding onshore policies/compliance and internal procedures.
? Work with offshore RM/risk/legal to help review facility documents and provide professional opinions.
? Create networking synergies with OCBC and BOS businesses.
? Act as coordinator for referral/revenue tracking between PB/BOS, PB/BB, PB/CFS.
? Assist Head of Private Banking in the areas of finance related matters such as 2013OP, COH, financial projection
? Project management as assigned by Head of Private Banking.
? Administrative responsibilities including training, data base set up, business contingency plan, stationery/car maintenance, IT service support and so on.

? Minimum Bachelor's degree of Finance, Accounting, Economic;
? Minimum 6 years related working experience in foreign bank front/middle office role;
? Good knowledge of China's account opening, AML / KYC and regulations including that of CBRC / PBOC / SAFE.
? Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
? Good time management and comfortable with the usual data management software;
? Interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and assertive
? Comply with the standard and policies of information security.
