Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
-Understand, clarify the components of each (sales ) data base and identify critical issues if any and role of each to address business questions
-Set up process for retrieving and analyzing sales data with the support of MRCI Manager
-Develop and set up sound dash boards to summarize business data
-Consistently delivers high-quality outputs for internal communication / presentation in a timely manner
-Regularly run cross database analysis to check data consistency
-Become the 'gate keeper' of data base management ( do's and don't's ) and suggest areas
-for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
Qualifications:
-4+ years in marketing with Min 3 year experience in quantitative marketing research field
-Excellent Sense for quantitative data and statistical skills
-University degree, major in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing field or related
-Good English in both verbal and written
-Excellent computer skills, skillfully operate windows Microsoft ware. Should master Excel and/or SPSS and/or Access to analyze proper research data. Experience is Retail panel is a plus.
-Willing to travel
