国内知名金融机构招聘培训经理
职位描述：
1、根据公司战略目标，规划及完善公司培训体系，优化培训制度及流程；
2、带领团队推动及开展内部培训工作，确定各项培训需求，制定培训计划及策划各项培训项目；
3、跟踪及监督各业务部门的内训工作，定期评估培训效果并做相应的改进；
4、建立内部讲师体系，指导并协助各业务部门搭建及开发内部培训课程；
5、拓展各类培训资源及渠道，负责对外部培训机构的信息整理、甄选、合作洽谈，课程引进及效果评估；
6、推进公司知识管理库的建立，优化及推动内部学习平台，提高平台使用的满意度；
7、承担部分课程的培训工作，如新员工入职培训、通用技能培训等。
岗位要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，人力资源、教育学及心理学等相关专业优先；
2、5年以上企业培训组织管理经验，有IT、互联网、高科技企业经历的优先；
3、工作积极主动，思路清晰，热爱培训工作，思维开阔，有创新意识。
4、优秀的组织管理能力、较强的培训项
5、优秀的组织管理能力、较强的培训项目策划及管理能力；
6、良好的书面及口头表达能力，较强的人际沟通及协调能力；
7、熟练使用office办公软件（如PPT、word、Excel等）；
8、具有开发领导力和管理类课程能力者优先考虑。
