职位描述
工作内容：
1.客户入住，居住以及退房期间始终快速响应客户的需求，并提供高效、礼貌、优质的服务。
Provides quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and
courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
2.正确并充分使用客户关系操作系统。
Full utilization of the Guest Relations system ensuring accuracy in use.
3.专业的接听所有来电，并迅速高效的转接至相应的单元/部门。
Operates switchboard effectively, handling all calls promptly and professionally
工作要求：
1. 一年以上接待相关的工作经验
At least 1 years reception experience
