PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Develop application training module for internal sales team and external distributors. The application training module includes both basic and advanced level.
？ Implement the annual training program as defined by the business development need. The training will account for 40% to 60% of the total work load.
？ User research including Voice of Customer, provide insights from end users to support new product development
QUALIFICATIONS:
？ Graduate with Engineering background
？ Business-level English & Mandarin comprehension both written and spoken
？ Past experience with Technical Support or Application preferred
