Position: National VM manager
COMPANY BACKGROUND:
- Founded in Italy, specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of Luxury Goods in fashion apparel, jewellery, watches and fashion accessories. Now became the industry leader in the 25 countries of the world.
Responsibilities
1,Manage to create a distinctive and enjoyable store environment. This include the window display, product merchandising, in store promotion and in-store.
2,Maintain the store visibility and consistency among stores.
3,Participate in the evolution of the store design.
4,Manage to reinforce the essence and identity in.
5,Work closely with Merchandise Department, Operation Services and Regional Operations for the in store consumer.
6,Manage, coordinate and supervise the outside agencies for production and quality control.
7,Create and design the in store communication materials.
8,Delivery VM training materials.
Requirements
1,University or College Graduate in Design
2,At least 6 years or above relevant working experience in the retail/design industry
3,Solid experience in window and product merchandising for fashion brands is an advantage
4,Language fluency: Mandarin and English
5,Ability to thrive in a fluid, demanding, and fast growth culture.
6,Communicate effectively with management, coworkers and store staff.
7,Organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities.
8,Work under deadline pressure and meet the deadlines.
9,,Able to work within minimum supervision and be a self-starter .
