岗位职责:
National FMIS Manager will be Leading the function team and manage the operation and evolution of FM Information Systems, as a technical infrastructure and hub in a group of experts in different knowledge areas, in Centre of Expertise (COFEX) in Facilities Management Business Unit, Sodexo Greater China.
The role need continuously drive and deploy FM technical infrastructure that provides the capability to analyze result-based knowledge and decision making support information from operational performance and resource utilization. Thus provide consistency, transparency and traceability to the business;
National FMIS Manager need proactively influence other leaders in the business by value proposition and by derived business intelligence information from FM information systems.
The role will focus on below missions, and drive to best practice by managed connection with business:
a) Develop Sodexo Integrated Work Management System (SO-IWMS) Strategy that include
- IWMS Policy
- Setting up of a Central Helpdesk with centralized operations reporting functionality that evaluates and monitors site performance against established benchmarks.
- The Establishment of a Facilities Management Performance Benchmarking database derived of information from the IWMS
b) Institutionalize and assist in the implementation of the standards
- Develop Sodexo IWMS standard processes, standards, tools based on site and business needs.
- Assist in the implementation of the processes, standards, tools to operational sites - provide ongoing support.
c) Improve & Drive innovation into performance
- Manage overall strategies to ensure effective application of Sodexo IWMS standards
- Conduct Quality performance Audits/ Assessments to determine site operating wellness
- Evaluate and monitor performance against established benchmarks
d) Develop and manage a Knowledge Management System (KMS) tool that will provide an immediately accessible knowledge repository of intellectual capital that leverages Sodexo resources and knowledge
He/She will lead a function team and work with various internal / external client or customers to fulfill the mission.
任职要求:
Education Background
Bachelor degree or above, Major in Information Systems, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
Working Experience
-Ten years and above working experience in Facilities Management industry, must be from Integrated Facilities Management experience covered both Engineering, Project and Business Supporting service;
-Five years and above working experience on manager position from Integrated Facilities Management site/region or larger geographical area;
-Proven background on in depth utilization for CMMS/EAM/IWMS operation, implementation, training experience in this field will be a plus;
Professional skills
- Solid understanding about Facilities Management. Certification from National level (such as Certified Property Manager in P.R.China), International level (such as IFMA or equivalent organization’s certification) is an advantage ;Asset Management based on main stream CMMS/EAM software, i.e. Maximo, MP2, SAP Plant Maintenance module or equivalent , covering facilities life cycle stages from installation, test & commissioning, handover / takeover, operation & maintenance. Full facilities life cycle experience (expanded in Design and Disposal) is a plus;
-Team Management, including org based and temporary team for specific purpose;
- Project Management and Change Management;
-Communication and Conflict Management;
- Strong Leadership, Analyze and Synthesize and Presentation skill
- Strong Influence capability with strong Discernment and Judgment skill;
- Finance Planning and Budget Management;
