Role Purpose:
Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of all training strategies, programs and materials, functional and developmental, for corporate store and franchise operations as well as providing a supporting role in training activities.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Provide professional training scheme
l Work in collaboration with the Retail team to build a strong partnership that allows Benefit to be included in all additional training opportunities.
l Define & develop training module as per brand identity and needs.
2.Assist to achieve the sales targets
l Develop and measure effectiveness of conversion rate from service to product sales, achieve the sales target as the final goal.
3.Deliver training program and materials
l Spend balance of time distributed across markets with the Training materials in store to provide training and feedback.
4.Coordinate interior and exterior team training needs
l Establish and maintain good working relationship with all divisions and employees.
l Attend all monthly meetings with account to maximize all opportunities in training and development
l Other tasks assigned by Retail Operations Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
1.Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job
l Cosmetic/ Premium Retail field
l Experienced branding/ Retail field?in
l At least 8 working experience in?years cosmetic/ premium retail industry , and minimum 2 years in management experience
l experience in developing training manual and building?Self-Disciplined training system from scratch.
2.Education and Certification Requirements?
l Minimum Bachelor Degree
l Fluent written in English.?spoken and
3.Job Specific Technical Requirements
l Self-motivated and discipline.
l Team player, honest and with liability?patient,
l Shining and appearance, passional personality?fashion
