职位描述
Responsibilities:
¨ Proactive member of the In House Consultant Team to assist in the co-ordination & continued development of an ASIA/Europe network ofBusiness users to resolve issues, establish new processes, develop team knowledge and leverage Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution & Warehouse Management best practices across the regions.
¨ Application Management Support together with the outsourced vendors to ensure all SD and related support work is effectively organized, resourced and managed via the SAP Ticket Process to satisfy customer demands with appropriate reporting, escalation, resolution control processes and metrics in place.Sales &Distribution lead for project implementations within the region.
¨ Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and business processes & coordinatebusiness process analysis, design and deployment.
¨ Actively manage the internal customer relationships with the business community.
Requirements:
¨ University Degree or several years of proven experience in a similar role
¨ 3+ years experience ofSAP implementation projects and/or SAP Support workin the SD& WM modules with strong integration knowledge across SAP including Finance &Controlling, Logistics Execution, MaterialLedger& Production Planning.
¨ 2+ year's experiencein Project Management.
¨ Process analysis, design and deployment skills &experience
¨ Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills in English
¨ Strong organisation skills and the ability to multitask
¨ Decisive with ability to establish own & team priorities, balancing organizational demand &competing priorities
¨ Ability to deal with ambiguity and to execute with minimal supervision
Preferences:
¨ Previous SAP Consulting experience.
¨ SAP Configuration experience in SD & WM
¨ Some knowledge in ABAP programming for example debugging & reading simple ABAP code
¨ Accreditation / Certification in the SAP SD module
