职位描述
Roles & Responsibilities:
? Position will require up to 4 to 6 weeks training in the US.
? Network with INVISTA business units and the customer service, sales, and distribution functions to understand business requirements related to utilization of SAP and related systems
? Identify opportunities to simplify and/or automate Order to Cash transactional steps and drive the implementation of these systems and process improvements
? Define and document best practices for OTC processes and promote their utilization by businesses and functional users
? Seek and evaluate emerging technologies and processes in related industries for their applicability and value for INVISTA
? Trouble-shoot and drive resolution of SAP issues in the Order to Cash area
? Provide expert guidance and support to business and functional users on existing and prospective SAP-related business processes
? Provide design and implementation support to projects, changes, and enhancements, that impact the order-to-cash SAP processes
? Develop meaningful metrics on order fulfillment processes that can be easily executed and monitored
? Proactively identify any control weaknesses in the Order to Cash function and develop control tools that are timely and cost-effective
Knowledge & Skills Required:
? At least 3 years in Customer Service and/or Sales and Operations Planning roles
? At least 2 years utilizing the Sales and Distribution functionality of SAP
? Experience with process improvements, proactively streamlining procedures and processes
? Experience developing and presenting formal and/or informal training programs
? Experience working within a project team and leading/organizations projects or tasks within a project
? Ability to travel internationally up to 30%.
Knowledge & Skills Preferred:
? Experience and/or training in business process modeling or design
? Experience in SAP configuration and technology
