职位描述
Job Description:
* Make technical communications with potential customers to develop new sale opportunities.
* Support seeds programs to ensure customers’ proper operation of the LCMS system, assist to fulfill the experimental purpose, give periodical feedbacks and deal with emergent issues.
* Provide post-sales application support to customers in terms of giving on-site technical assistance on instrument operation and method development.
* Assist in lead generation by developing sales or marketing materials (sales presentation, application notes and technical information for customers); joining seminars or workshops and participating trade shows.
Key Metrics:
* Sales order booking and relative growth for LCMS product lines in assigned territories
* Improved win rate of LCMS product line in assigned territories
* Market share of LCMS product lines in assigned territories
* Customer preference index for LCMS product lines in assigned territories
* Customer feedback and channel feedback
Qualifications:
* MS or above in analytical chemistry or subjects related to LCMS technologies.
* >3 years hands on lab experience with analytical instruments related to LCMS technologies.
* Good experiences on small molecular LCMS analysis and sample preparing is required.
* Willing to accept frequent business trips.
* Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
* Demonstrated effective teamwork player, self-motivated and result oriented, systematic problem solver.
* Effective customer interactive skills
* Project management experience preferred
