职位描述
1.根据团险暨意外险渠道的销售策略和销售目标，制定分公司团意险的销售策略，推动各项业务的开展；
2.规划、组织团意险的销售计划和行动方案，实现分公司下达的各项任务指标；
3.管理所辖部门的日常活动，通过培训、陪同展业、业务交流会议等方式提升业务人员的拓展能力和展业水平；
4. 依据团险销售人员管理办法组织团意险队伍开展业务竞赛，督促销售人员按计划开展业务，对业务人员进行绩效考核；
5.与中介机构紧密合作开展团险及意外险业务；
6.组织、参与团意险大项目工作，指导分析对大项目的销售，提高大项目成功率和占有率；
7.协调部门内外的关系，确保业务顺利开展。
1.本科以上学历；
2.深入了解团险市场，熟悉金融保险法规，5年以上团险从业经验，5年以上销售管理经验；
3.善于组织、策划各种活动（有大型活动策划经历）；
4.良好的沟通和协调能力。
