Asia Pacific Lean Manager
Position Location: Jia ding district,Shanghai, China
report to：Operations Director, Asia Pacific

Major Job Responsibilities:
？ Lead operations lean management and EOS (Enterprise Operations System) Implementation in Connection Systems & Electrical Centers AP region, including Shanghai, Korea and India sites
？ Continue to acquire and provide lean manufacturing knowledge; lead implementation of lean manufacturing principles to realize positive change within operations
？ Define and improve Enterprise Operation System & QVC (Quality, Volume, Cost) performance
？ Build plant Kaizen team and drive continuous improvement to improve the bottom line performance
Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
？ At least 5 years of operations/engineering experience with related experience
？ Possess good understanding of lean practice
？ Mature and organized
？ Excellence interpersonal skills & result oriented
？ Proficient in English and Mandarin
？ Strong leadership skills and experience of managing people
