Job purpose of Chief accountant
To manage staff accountants as they relate to the service of the financial reporting and transactional accounting of the company. Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports for multiple affiliates. Accomplishes tasks with particular emphasis on customer service and seeks to add value for the company’s managers.

Required qualification (obligatory)
· Graduate Economics University
· CPA
· Previous Experience 8 years
· Good spoken and written English.CET6
· Good computer skills of PC computers—MS office(word, excel, etc)
Key duties/responsibilities of Chief accountant:
· Responsible for distributing financial statements and cost center reports.
· Prepares work papers and supporting schedules for the annual financial review.
Staff management and development.
· Responsible for holding manufacturing plant management accountable for accuracy and timeliness of inventory controls and cost production controls.
· Handling the account procedures for exports
· Assist with annual budgets – prepares all allocations.
· Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
· Preparation of the monthly statutory accounts and financial statements under GAAP and IFRS.
· Preparation of the weekly statements of account receivable – account payable.
· Preparation of monthly statements for the projection of cash flow.
· Responsible for knowing critical functions within the department and capable of mentoring and assisting employees within the department.Utilize teamwork to develop departmental synergy.
· Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company procedures.
· Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
· Assures compliance with federal, state, local and corporate policies, regulations and laws.
· Reviews accounts payables and weekly check runs.
· Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits.
· Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and documents business transactions.
· Prepares financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position.
· Analyze transactional processes and identify areas where additional accuracies and efficiencies can be achieved.
· Closely maintains and monitors the fixed assets system.
· Adheres to internal and external deadlines.
· Applies cost accounting methods to achieve accurate representation of cost center performance.
· Responsible for all taxes obligations.
· Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals in the performance of daily activities.
· Develop and implement various accounting procedures.
· Work with external auditors during financial and operational audits.
· Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets.
· Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of all financial information.

个人资质（必须具备）
财务或相关经济专业毕业；
注册快计师；
8年以上相关工作经验；
大学英语6级，有良好的英语口语及书面交流能力；
良好的办公软件操作能力(MS office word, excel, etc).

工作内容：
负责分发财务报表和成本报告；
准备账目材料，完成年度财务审查计划，员工的管理和发展；
确保生产管理和和库存控制的准确性，存货周期，存转率和生产成本控制；
对出口交易款项的跟踪；
制定年度预算及资金分配；
监管每月结账对账事务；
在会计准则和国际财务报告准则下制备每月的法定账目和财务报表；
应收账款，应付账款每周报表的制备；
月度项目资金流预测报表；
优化团队协作，增加部门的协同度；
根据公认会计原则（GAAP）和公司程序监控财务工作；
回顾，研究，并纠正财务记录，文件，和报告中的错误；
遵守国家的法律法规以及企业的政策；
每周例行应付账款和账目审查；
对金融交易进行审查并批准在规定的范围内的金融交易；
编制和分析财务信息以用来制做账目总结，成本中心和交易单据；
准备公司财务及其它报表，总结公司财务状况；
分析交易过程，提升可实现的精度和效率；
密切监测管理固定资产体系；
公司内外部的时限管理；
运用成本核算实现成本中心绩效的准确性；
管理公司一切税务；
与公司的使命，愿景价值观保持一致；
补充完善公司的财务程序；
与外部审计师一起完成财务运营方面的审计；
完善财会制度，记录所有公司的交易和资产；
报告，分析，并确保所有财务信息的完整性。
