1. 安排运输商提货，并审核单据准确性；Arrange Carrier to fetch goods and check related the accuracy of doc.

2. 负责运输公司提货时的现场监控，检查货物包装是否合格，不合格的货物安排仓库重新包装

On site supervision of goods fetching such as packing quality and make sure the goods are properly packed.

3. 负责货物在途信息跟踪及运输日报表录入；Follow transportation and compile related reports.

4. 负责处理异常到货情况跟踪及及时反馈；Feedback any unstable status in case of improper delivery in timely fashion.

5. 根据系统订单数据及现场打包情况预估当日货量，通知承运商合理安排车辆；Make proper communication with carrier for vehicle arrangements upon the system data, on site packing and forecasted cargo volume.

6. 负责承运商维护及新引进承运商客服人员的培训；Make sure the current carrier is consistently complying with company procedure and train new carrier

7. 部门助理协调工作诸如部门月报资料收集，物料系统更新及其他经理交代的任务

Dept. assistant work such as collection of daily reports, updates of PMC system and other work assigned by manager.

岗位要求：

大专以上学历 Junior college degree or above

基本英语读写能力 Basic English

熟练使用办公软件，SAP/ERP/excel/word/ppt；

有一定的沟通能力、数据分析能力；吃苦耐劳，有责任心、上进心，执行力强。Good with numbers and communication, responsible and with good execution ability

2年以上物流运输行业工作经验；2+ years experience in transport
