● Facility

1. Support to set up & Maintain for power & air condition supply system of the plant

负责建立和维护工厂内部的电力，空调供应系统

2. Deal with urgent accident about facility, such as water system. HV. Firefighting and so on.

负责处理紧急事故，如水系统、高压电、消防等等

3. Ensure the smooth supply of water, electricity and gas for factories and offices

确保公司内车间和办公区域的水，电，燃气的正常供应。

4. Maintenance and repair work of buildings, pipes, lighting devices, and other outdoor installations

维护和修理厂房，管道，照明设备以及其他厂区设施

5. Follow up maintenance plan and assist in continuous improvements (equipment status, analysis and review of plan) .

跟进设备维护计划并做持续改善（厂务设施计划的维护）

● Admin

1Assistant the HR Supervisor for the office supplier ( included the stationery, furniture, labor protection appliance, etc)

协助主管采购办公用品 （ 包括，文具，家具,劳保用品等）

2Assistant to the Supervisor manage the Canteen, Security, cleaner, grass.

协助主管管理餐厅，保安，清洁，草坪等

3Finish the tables as requested.

按照要求完成一些人事行政的报表。

4Other tasks assigned by department head.

Education / Qualification/Experience Required学历/经验资格:

● 大专及以上学历，电力或工程相关专业Collage above of construction, mechanical/electrical engineering, etc.

● 3年及以上厂务相关经验3 years of related facility experience

● 良好的英语能力Good English in speaking & writing

● 具有抗压及处理复杂事物的能力Able to work in pressure, Multi-task handling skills

● 具有良好的学习态度及学习意愿,具有独立工作的能力，努力，诚实可靠。
