Functional Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

？ Responsible for entry of General Ledger, and monthly reconciliations with Sub-ledger and General Ledger. 负责登记总分类账并核对明细帐目与总分类账以确保达到一致
？ Accrue and prepaid expense as a monthly work 负责月度费用的预提与分摊
？ Provide the data for analysis the profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position 提供费用差异的财务数据，制作资产负债表、损益表、统计报表等其他表单来汇总并反映公司的财务状况
？ Ensure to Input Frango and prepare the output pack timely 确保按时完成Frango输入并准备相关资料
？ Maintain detailed fixed asset register 维护固定资产的登记
？ Process AP payment – ensure supplier can receive payment within payment terms; payment be made close the due date in order to maximize our cash flow ability

？ Check invoice from supplier are consistent with PO and good receipt notes (GRN) – invoice matcher, identify any variance and inform Purchasing for prompt resolving 与供应商核对发票

？ Junior college or above, majoring in finance/accounting, business administration or related subject
大学本科或大专毕业，主修财务会计、企业管理或相关专业
？ At least five-year experience in management or cost accounting, deal with general account and other accounts independently, 5年以上管理和成本会计的实践工作经验，能独立处理各类帐目和总帐
？ Experience in ERP, especially in computerized accounting
