This role is Reporting to the maintenance Manager, Responsibility for provide technical support to joining equipment and welding parameter , Organization staff to carry out preventive maintenance, fault handling, corrective maintenance to ensure production equipment working in a good state ,to protect Overall Efficiency Rate achieved.
该岗位向维护经理汇报，对焊装车间连接设备及焊接参数提供技术支持，组织团队开展预防保全，故障处理，改良保全等相关工作，确保设备运行稳定，保障生产效率达成。
1、与产品开发团队合作，确保所有的连接方案的可行性
Working with Product Development ensures feasible joining solutions for all joints.
2、不断优化焊接参数，提高焊接品质
Continue to optimize the welding parameters to improve the welding quality
3、对焊接参数进行有效管理，保证现场与记录一致
Effective management of welding parameters to ensure the site consistent with records
4、制定连接设备维护保养计划，并按计划组织实施； Manage and promote the joining planned maintenance programmers
5、完善设备性能，消除设备隐患，提高设备综合效率；
Improve the equipment performance, eliminate hidden trouble , improve OEE
6、建立设备维护档案，对设备运行情况熟悉掌握；
Establish equipment maintenance files, and familiar with the equipment working state;
7、协助TPM团队开展设备TPM活动；
Support TPM team to carry out TPM activities.
8、支持AME开展新设备导入工作，并提出改善建议并协助推进实施；
Support AME during early stages of the project, to find negative and improve it;

3.Familiar with gun structure and layout of water/air/circuit
