Functional Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

？ Develops and strengthens an integrated team of QC in the department. Determine the organization frame and human resources needed of QC department.
发展完善QC人员组成的团队，增强本部门的业务技能；负责对QC部门的机构设置、人员等资源的配备
？ Be responsible for arranging and prioritizing inspectors’ daily work.
负责对检验员进行日常的工作安排及合理分配
？ Controls quality of the products supplied by suppliers.
控制供应商产品质量
？ Ensures inspection, measuring, and test equipments and fixture well maintained and properly stored.
负责公司检验、测试、试验设备及工装的管理
？ Conducts process checking, investigates and disposes defect of the parts that is found in process assembly and test.
执行过程检查，调查并排除装配及测试过程中的零件缺陷
？ Supply required inspection technical supports to other department and suppliers.
为其他部门和供应商提供所需的检验技术支持；
？ Handles customer complaint. 处理顾客投诉。
？ Responsible for liaison with 3rd party inspection based on customer requirements.
根据客户要求，负责完成第三方检验工作
？ Works with purchasing department to improve supplier quality
与采购部合作，推进供应商供货质量
？ Reviews new orders to ensure correct gauging and measurement tools are available or purchase.
审核新定单一保证正确的计量和测量工具及时到位或及时采购
？ Oversees all equipment under calibration control procedures are calibrated and maintained within their calibration frequency.
监督所有校准控制程序所规定的设备和器材按规定校准和维护
？ Be responsible for 6s project improvement within the QC areas.
负责QC部门的6S工作
？ Be responsible for the training of all new QC personnel.
负责所有QC人员的培训
？ Be responsible for safety and environment of QC areas.
负责QC部门的安全和环境
？ Provides QC progress reports for Production meeting and when else required.
生产会议时被要求的时候须提供QC进展报告
？ Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Experience:
教育、培训和经验： ？大学本科毕业，机械工程系或相关专业; university degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
？ At least five-year experience, preferable major in mechanism processing or shipping business.5年以上的实践工作经验，以机械加工和船舶相关行业为佳；
？ Preferable to ERP experience 有接触过ERP系统经验者优先
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
资历证书： Educational Certificate毕业证
ISO-9000 internal auditor qualification.具有ISO-9000或其它体系内审员资格
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
知识、技巧和能力：
？ Exactly knows quality system熟悉质量系统
？ Experienced in ERP, MS OFFICE and other software.有企业管理信息系统（ERP）的认识和使用经验；熟练操作电脑 MS OFFICE 相关软件
？ Familiar with products description and their item number熟悉相关产品及产品型号
？ Mature, active and positive. Able to overcome difficulties and heavy working pressure成熟，积极，主动的专业工作精神，并克服工作上的一切困难，能承受工作 压力

Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise the whole QC team’s daily operations and performance

？Authorized to require remedy actions taken by department which does not conform to quality requirements. 有权要求不符合质量要求的部门采取纠正措施
？ As to uncertain defective products, QC manager may cease delivery then to conduct investigation.
对怀疑有缺陷的产品，有权提出要求停止发送并进行调查的建议
？ Adjusts company quality management system based on quality guarantee requirements
有权根据质量保证的需要提出对公司质量管理文件及记录进行调整的建议
？ Be permitted to read and inquire blueprint or related technical documents
有权借阅查询图纸、文件等技术资料
