Main Responsibilities：
1、Work independently to hiring staff for the organization, Support and work together with HR manager for manpower plan, conduct it by planning, coordinating and selection strategy after HR Manager and GM’s approval, keep the recruitment activities efficiently;
2、Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal employees’ recruitment plan and turnover trends to offer advice to HR manager;
3、Implement company training policy and procedure, conduct orientation training and follow up OJT&SOP training, keep all training records to be good documentation;
4、Assess the various positions of the factory capacity requirements and capacity gaps, analyze training needs, and to develop the company's annual training plan with HR manager, and implement training programs approved by HR manager and General Manager within budget scheme strictly;
5、Evaluates training programs and adjust programs if necessary;
6、Play a site HR role to support operations which includes hiring, training, key employees retention project, employee communication etc.;
7、Responsible for various HR related audit, including ISO internal and external audit, customer audit etc. Keep all ISO files to be good documentation;
8. Responsible for the management and coordination of employee annual physical examination;
9、Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree in HR, Business or related field;
2) Above 3 years HR experience in multinational company;
3)Mature character, good interpersonal, strong organization and coordination ability
4)Strong team spirit, service consciousness & accountability
5)Good ability to manage priorities and solve problems independently
6)Good communication in both Mandarin and English
7)General knowledge of HR and experienced in recruiting, training and the ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
8)Good computer skill

面试路线：
1、出租车路线。在新客站乘坐出租车沿长江路到港浦路，在永记造漆公司左拐进入到港浦路，沿港浦路大概5分钟车程到建德路左拐，第二家既是我公司，全程约20分钟，大约25元。
2、公交车路线，在新客站乘坐公交111路、112路、113路、125路、130路，到长江路港浦路站台下车。
下车后到马路对面沿着港浦路往东走大概1500米，约需要30分钟到建德路，左拐进入建德路，第二家即是本公司。
