Main Responsibilities:
1、Implement HRIS personnel action –new hire, position or salary change etc. Make sure all the data in HRIS is accurately and timely;
2、Implement payroll calculation. Ensure monthly C&B distribution accurately and timely ;
3、Responsible for daily employee service related to C&B issue;
4、Deliver monthly social insurance and housing fund via on-line system.
5、Run monthly compensation analysis report. Provide data for compensation and benefit survey.
6、Assist to establish and maintain internal fair and external competitive C&B structure;
7、Continuously assist to optimize ER policy and procedure and conduct it;
8、Play a site HR role to support HR operations which includes compensation, benefit, employee relation, employee communication etc.
9、Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualifications:
1)Bachelor or above education background, major in Human Resource Management is preferred;
2)At least 3 years C&B working experience in foreign or international manufacturing companies;
3)Familiar with PRC labor law and regulations and current HR practices and policies;
4) Mature character, Good interpersonal skill and ability to communication with all levels of staff;
5)Good organization and coordination ability;
6)Strong team spirit and service consciousness ;
7)Good command in both Mandarin and English;
8)General knowledge of HR and experienced in C&B, performance management, ER and the ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization;
9)Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS outlook );
10)Familiar with HRIS is preferred.

面试路线：
1、出租车路线。在新客站乘坐出租车沿长江路到港浦路，在永记造漆公司左拐进入到港浦路，沿港浦路大概5分钟车程到建德路左拐，第二家既是我公司，全程约20分钟，大约25元。
2、公交车路线，在新客站乘坐公交111路、112路、113路、125路、130路，到长江路港浦路站台下车。
下车后到马路对面沿着港浦路往东走大概1500米，约需要30分钟到建德路，左拐进入建德路，第二家即是本公司。
