Functional Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

？ Complete the job of facility base with the contractor和厂房的合约承包商一起完成对工厂基础设施的建设
？ Fix and test the new machine together work with the service engineer of suppliers.
和供应商的服务工程师一起完成新机器设备的安装和调试
？ Purchase the tools and equipment for maintenance购买维修所用的工具
？ Develop and maintain predictive and preventive maintenance plans for the complete facility.
为整个工厂制定预见性和预防性的维护计划
？ Maintain the facilities equipment to ensure functional use. Priority being the operational workshop equipment. 维护工厂设备，确保正常使用，尤其是车间设备
？ Maintain the building/ doors and all other facilities. 维护厂房, 装修及其它设备设施
？ Manage backup/spares within approved budgets to ensure minimum equipment downtime.
预算内采购设备备件，以备设备停工时使用
？ Support in the development of annual budget requirements. Track department expenditures
根据年度预算制定发展计划，跟踪部门费用
？ Supervise and motivate staff to optimize performance. 监督并激发员工积极性以达到优良绩效
？ Report on a monthly basis, issues relating to facility maintenance. 作月度工厂维修报告
？ Liaise with production department with regards to scheduling. Liaise with and utilize support from suppliers, merchandisers and other partners as required. Report on any non-compliant issues.

？ Monitor and report on maintenance trends. 对维护趋势进行监督，作出报告
？ Represent the company in contacts with outsourced specialized services.
