要求：
1.中专以上学历, 机电相关专业。
2.3年以上相关工作经验。
3.较强的生产设备和厂房设施维修保养经验。
4.电触点制造行业经验更佳。
5.TPM经验更佳。
6.较强的团队合作精神。
7.较强的安全和质量意识。

主要职责：
1.设备的维修和保养，并做好相应记录工作。
2.设施及设备PM程序的实施和执行。
3.设施及设备的故障应急维修、安装调试，符合所有安全（质量）程序。
4.培训生产一线员工进行正确的日常维护操作。
5.备品备件和5S的管理工作。
6.和维修工程师一起工作对设备进行持续改进。
7.预防健康、安全和环境事故的发生
8.其他相关工作。
