Requirement:
- Engineering degree, preferable in mechanics,
- At least 5 years work experience in a similar position (ideally in the automotive industry),
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent presentation,
- Proactive, analytical and organized person who works well under pressure,
- Good knowledge in SAP R/3, AutoCAD and MS Office,
- Fluency in English both oral and written,
- Availability to travel (roughly 20-30%).

Responsibility:
- Analyze/benchmark the market and manage competitive bids and contract execution,

- Drive and achieve targeted cost reductions while simultaneously guaranteeing quality and security of supply,

- Focus on sourcing of machine, tooling, fixture, subcontracting and other technical portfolio,

- Assess supplier performance and organize on-site audits to qualify suppliers,

- Report on issues and recommend appropriate corrective action plans to continually improve the level of quality and service, and to reduce the costs,

- Working in hand with technical team to optimize the specifications,
- Work closely with legal Dept. to minimize potential legal & commercial risks.
