Requirement:
? Diploma holder in Computer Studies or related disciplines
? Minimum 5 years working experience in technical support role
? Experience with Windows 2003/2008 server with Active Directory & Exchange messaging system is a must
? Experience in supporting multiple domains/servers in LAN/WAN/VPN/Virtualization environment
? Holder of MCSE and CCNA are preferred
? Self-motivated, independent with excellent inter-personal & communication skills
? Fluent in English & Putonghua

Responsibility:

? Provide effective technical support to all users including both hardware & software installation and maintenance.
? Provide daily IT support functions including Windows server, application server administration, backup and recovery, user account maintenance and etc.
? Prepare corporate personal computers and laptops with standard software, also maintain good configuration and documentation for servers and network.
? Coordinate with IT service providers and suppliers maximizing uptime for all IT and Telephone equipment.
? Support e-mail, internet and remote access to the Company’s IT systems.
? Maintain good & updated hardware & software inventories.
? Provide IT procedure to enhance user’s IT knowledge.
