Requirement:
1..Bachelor degree with related major.
2.Being with at least over 10 years of experience in a similar position in manufacturing environment, including 5 years above in a managerial function on a production site.
3.Understand plant equipment, operation, work-flows, systems and functionality
4.Having force of proposal and demonstrate the ability to control your actions and their effectiveness in a practical and operational way in the long term.
5.Being endowed with very good communication skill to retain internally the teams and in external relations with authorities.
6.Reactivity , adaptability will be needed to succeed in this position.

Responsibility:
1.To develop and manage the operations and projects in the field of safety of staff, equipments and environment. To participate actively in strengthening of safety culture of the factory and improvement of the performance in the workplace.
2.Implement the H&S policy of the Group "zero accidents".
3.Make an annual action plan of environment, health and safety, conduct actions in the field by providing technical solutions, promote a safety culture of the plant, manage the H&S interlocutors efficiently and in a transverse way, to design and animate relevant indicators to monitor your results.
4.Being collaborator of plant, with excellent interpersonal skills, you must be active in operational actions.
5.Develop the spirit of prevention of risks and threats by making safety instruction and action plan, follow and control their execution. Make and manage STOP audits and H&S QRQC
6.Manage the DuPont STOP ( Safety Training Observation program) to ensure compliance with Metalor Group H&S requirements and develop H&S culture, preventive actions and involvement of 100% of Metalor employees.
7.Audit the production facility and equipment to ensure appropriate safety precautions, practices and safeguards are in place; request funding for safety initiatives and equipment upgrades as necessary to meet Metalor standards according to Metalor rules and 5S +6thS Metalor approach.
8.Ensure proper use of PPE for various production area; provide training to employees on proper use of PPE; order and maintain inventory of required regulated PPE.
9.Maintain the Management System of Health, Safety (Based on OHSAS 18001) and Environment (Based on ISO14001).
10.Develop and promote the sharing of best practices internally and with his counterpart in Metalor Group.
11.Implement HSE policy every day in connection with the relevant operation through tools, target actions and follow-up actions.
12.Build up a relation of partnership with concerned authorities.
13.Ensure a regular monitoring of local regulations regarding safety, health and environment
14.Report to ET BU Manager Asia and to Group HSE Manager functionally.
