Responsibilities：
As a product project engineer, you will be responsible for managing our new product implementation (NPI) from cost calculation for a customer quotation to the initial samples qualification by coordinating relevant departments ( technical, sales, quality, sourcing, production, finance, etc.) .This position reports to company technical manager:
- Feasibility study & cost calculation based on customer specification and requirements
- Product / process development
- Product / process realization and qualification
- Production ramp up & 12 months follow up with Quality, Cost, Delivery achievement
- Technical support for sales department
- Manage product/process improvement projects
- Manage/optimize project management process
- Reporting project schedule and status
- Other tasks assigned by Technical Manager or company
