职位要求：
1.本科学历，市场营销或相关专业。
2.2年以上外资企业相关工作经验。
3.具备基本的电工材料、物流相关知识和经验。
4.具备客户服务相关经验。
5.具备良好的计算机操作技能：电子文档、数据表格、数据库等。
6.英语听说读写流利，CET6级；会法语者优先。
7.具备良好的沟通技巧。
8.具备良好的团队合作能力。

主要工作职责：
1.提供售后支持，包括订单处理，追踪和发票/付款跟踪。
2.联系客户以提供客户信息，跟踪回应客户需求，收集客户反馈意见。
3.协助销售经理和销售工程师做好文书工作（包括报价、合同、销售预测、销售报告、目录等）。
4.进行与物流/计划和生产部门的内部协调，确保向生产部门阐明客户需求。
5.协调和参加销售展览，追踪网站指引信息，协助广告销售，包括广告、商品交易会、宣传册、促销活动等。
6.销售部门内部的文件管理。
7.根据要求翻译文件资料。
8.完成销售经理指派的其他工作。
