职位描述
1)Oversees and leads the Changzhou Talent Sourcing (indirect and direct hiring) and China University Relations Program.
Recruiting, University Relations, Workforce Planning, Co-op and Intern hiring, Vendor Management
2) Oversees the China University Relations program for new graduates and intern program. This would include new graduate full time and intern hiring for Sensors, Controls and Make organizations at all of the China facilities. Work with other HR team members for support of these initiatives.
3) Leads development and alignment of China campus promotion campaigns, including campus events, promotions, career websites and other innovative promotion vehicles.
4) Works with global team to apply global campus branding tools.
5) Leads improvement of campus assessment tools and selection process, provides training to regional team for implementation.
6) Leads development of China-wide internship programs, to improve Sensata’s brand in campus and attract top students in their early years at campus.
7) Participates in campus events planning and design, provides strong guidance and support to strengthen schools relationship and enhance awareness at campuses.
8) Develops a strategy for talent sourcing and for becoming the employer of choice.
9) Consults with and trains the Changzhou team in such things as interviewing, writing job descriptions, etc.
10) Works with the US to develop and implement a pipeline for hiring Chinese nationals from US universities.
11) Client management – provide strategic recruitment solutions as well as developing trustworthy relationships with business leaders.
12) Identifies sources for candidate leads. Develops a system for tracking and developing relationships with candidates in the pipeline for future roles.
13) Implements, tracks and improves quality of hire surveys and metrics.
14) Leads the implementation in Asia for an applicant tracking system.
15) Works with Business HR leaders and functional managers to determine the upcoming staffing needs through workforce planning.
16) Understands the employment trends and recruiting models in counties that Sensata does business.
17) Assists staffing team throughout the world with staffing plans and recruitment campaigns.
18) Rolls up metrics as needed.
19) Develops interview training and assessments for world class talent selection.
20) Works with managers to develop advertising campaigns to source talent.
21) Develops new sources for candidates around the world.

2) At least 3 Years of working experience in Human Resources related field with industrial/manufacturing exposure in multinational companies.
