Requirement:
1.本科学历，机械工程等相关专业。
Bachelor Degree, specialized in Engineering, industrial maintenance etc.
2.5年以上生产制造工作经验。
More than 5 years of manufacturing working experience
3.能够熟练操作和使用冶金行业的大型和复杂的机械机器
Must be able to work in metallurgy field using big and complex mechanical machines, high pressure system
4.良好的TPM 经验
Be oriented and sensibility in TPM
5.具备良好的在生产率，质量和5S意识。
Notion on productivity, quality and 5S
6.具备良好的沟通技巧和领导能力。
Good communication skill and leadership
7.良好的英语沟通能力
Good english communication skill


Responsibilities:
1.管理和激励员工,以创建高绩效的生产团队，提升团队的整体能力。
Manage, motivate and develop staff in a manner that will facilitate high performance in line with company business development needs， improve the whole team ability.
2.有效控制运营成本，编制及控制预算；
Make the annual budget and control the cost within budget.
3.负责TPM发展计划；
Be responsible of the TPM development plan
4.监控故障机器设备及其故障分析，并根据要求提交月度和年度报告。
Monitor machine stop and root causes, create monthly and yearly reporting
5.完成公司指派的其他事务。
Other tasks assigned by company.
