2.At least 0 – 1 year experience in the Accounts Receivable (AR) or finance processing function
3.Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable
4.Ability to read and write English with basic conversational skills

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
Reports directly to:
AR Team Lead

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Account Receivable Processing
1.Manage cash application process by collecting bank statements or other data from banks / customers
2.Generate credit memos for accruals, bad/doubtful debts, rebates and discounts
3.Perform matching of receipts / advance receipts
4.Identify and resolve issues and discrepancies with banks and customers where possible
5.Escalate issues to AR team lead when necessary to avoid delays in processing
6.Assist in period end closing activities and liaising with other teams as required
7.Request customer master data creation /update / deletion where required
8.Generate, review and validate AR reports as required
9.Assist in update of process documentation and/or SOPs as required
10.Assist with AR processing for GBS-Asia Pacific (China) itself when required
