Job Discription:
-At least 5 years relevant commercial and technical experience gained within a senior/key position within a sales and customer service environment.
-Experience in laser industry helpful, but other technical sales background will be considered
-Demonstrated ability grow sales in key accounts, whether direct or indirect (distributor) accounts
-Degree level or equivalent in relevant technical and/or technical discipline
-Reading and writing in English is required,relevant IT skills
-Good interpersonal and presentation skills
-Good problem solving and fault finding skills; excellent negotiation skills
-Working location in Shenzhen or Suzho or Wuhan.Frequent travel required.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Deal With key OEM accounts so as to maximise enquiry and order rates.
2.Develop new customers in the region to provide for continuing business growth.
3.Ensure comprehensive coverage across the region, both for direct key accounts and indirect channels (e.g., distributors and agents) to market.
4.In charge of distributor(s) sales activity in territory:
-Monitoring and measurement of ongoing distributor performance
-Support distributor sales plans, training, customer visits, product updates, offers
-The driving, focussing and motivation of distributors/agents activities
5.Provide feedback in relation to:
-Market size, drivers, opportunities and threats for each product and market segment
-Potential new market niches and opportunities
-The pricing, impact and current successes of Synrad’s competition
6.Monitor and measure ongoing regional performance and provide regular regional forecasts and reports
7.Work closely with local distributor and head office project/product/applications personnel, to support clients’ requirements and applications
8.Together with senior management ensure that Synrad has effective pricing policies that ensure that orders are secured and profit levels enhanced
9.In charge of local commercial promotion of Synrad’s products including:
-Participation at local trade shows, seminars, and conferences
-Local marcom activities
-Representation at and trade shows
10.Work with the service team to provide professional and comprehensive post sales support.
11.Coordinate with service support personnel to effectively handle customer service calls, customer training, warranty support in a timely manner.
12.Travel to customer sites as required to support customer satisfaction with post-sales service

13.Implement and manage Synrad’s systems and procedures
14.Propose, monitor and control budgets, as necessary.
15.Propose and implement techniques for measuring and continuously improving overall performance. Strive to make Synrad’s activities within the region the best in class in reality and perception.
16.Coach and mentor team members, identify development needs and recommend training methods to enable them to meet agreed objectives.
17.Recommend and implement improvements, changes and additions to Synrad’s products, services and procedures to ensure market penetration and profitable growth
18.Represent Synrad with distributors and key account customers at the highest level ensuring Synrad is recognised as the professional provider throughout the region for quality products, solutions and services, meeting and exceeding customer’s expectations
