1. Strictly abide by the SHE rules and regulations of the company during any maintenance and engineering activity.
2. Maintain and develop VMMS related mechanical and optimise spare parts level to control cost of working capital
3. Establish and implement mechanical preventive maintenance program. Review and develop mechanical work procedures. ensure mechanical maintenance program being followed
4. Lead trouble shooting of mechanical related issues and failure root cause analysis. analyze asset availability and drive improvement in mechanical reliability
5. Review skill set of mechanical team against requirement. Develop training program and train mechanical maintenance technicians
6. Provide mechanical engineering support to small project implementation

1. College degree or equivalent in chemical industry engineering or chemical equipment manufacturing engineering or related
2. Having 3 or more years of experience in relative position
3. Technical knowledge of chemical ,mechanical, piping,tank. Understand the working principle of different types of pumps/compressor, mechanical seals, heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
4. Knowledge of the business activities and processes in Chemical or Oil & Gas 500 fortune company would be an added advantage
5. Familiar with the software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, etc
6. Fluent written and reading English
