Job description:

Major Responsibilities:
- Day to day production support
- Insure schedules, quality &personal requirements are maintained.
- Train or oversees training for operators on machines and procedures.
- Oversees day to day operations of production and tooling.
- Spare part management

Minor Responsibilities:
- Bi-yearly reviews of employees.
- Building maintenance
- Safety enforcement.
- Recommend area’s that require investment.
- Maintain all daily cleanliness policies and procedures in the department.
- Supervise the machine maintenance; in the first couple month do the maintenance

Requirement profile:
Education:
- University or college educated, plus 5 years on the job training
- Knowledge in operating pressroom equipment and company machinery
- Knowledge in stamping tooling
- Basic knowledge in using computers
- Knowledge in using SQA

Personal:
- Assiduous and effective working
- Independent and disciplined working in refer to safety, cleanliness and orderliness
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work at off-shift time
- Teamwork and communication

Language:
- Native Chinese
- Fluent in English. Has the ability communicate on job related topics

Experience:
- Minimum five years. Western company working experience preferable.
