Job description:

Major Responsibilities:
- Day to day operations of quality department.
- Maintain ISO&TS manuals and records.
- Provide support to tooling & production when needed on quality issues.
- Supply required quality packages to customers per request.
- Notify supervisors of any substandard quality issues.
- Incoming material, In-process and final inspection and auditing.
- Calibrations of QD equipment
- Create or alter CMM programs
- Preparation of PPAP documentation to customer
- Prepare and perform internal audits

Minor Responsibilities:
- Suggest process improvements and error-proofing
- Document control
- Update training matrix
- Other tasks on request.
Requirement profile:
Education:
- University educated engineer, plus 5 years on the job training
- Must have quality system education.
- Knowledge in operating all inspection room equipment.
- CMM programming training and education on Zeiss Contura G2 CMM’s
Personal:
- Assiduous and effective working
- Independent and disciplined working in refer to safety, cleanliness and orderliness

- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work at off-shift time

Language:
- Native Chinese
- Fluent in English. Has the ability to make communicate work related topic in English

Experience:
- Minimum five years. Western company working experience preferable.
