职位描述

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree with major in Computer Science or Information Management or Related.

本科,计算科学运用/信息管理等相关专业。

2. Above 1 year related work experience.一年以上相关工作经验。

3. Familiar with office 2007 or office 2010 suites, windows server 2003/NT Backup/Sqlserver2005 or Sqlserver2008/T-SQL Programming.熟悉office 2007 or office 2010, windows server 2003/数据备份/Sqlserver2005 or Sqlserver2008/T-SQL数据库编程。

4. Familiar with VBA/.Net Programming Platform is an advantage/Microsoft Dynamics Axapta ERP system is an advantage.熟悉VBA/.Net程序开发平台,Dynamics Axapta ERP系统。

5. Fast learning Skills will be appreciated.学习能力强者优先考虑。

6. Good expression and coordination ability.良好的表达及协调能力。

7. Good team-spirit, Open-minded, Self-disciplined, Steady, Patient & Careful. 良好的团队精神,虚心、自律、稳定、耐心及细心。

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.熟练使用办公软件。

Responsibilities:

1.IT function:

a. Basic IT infrastructure maintenance which include Server/Printer/Telephone/Network Maintenance, like making network cable, telephone cable and so on. Daily Help Desk Call Pick up and Problem in time solving.

基本IT架构维护:服务器/打印机/电话/网络维护,比如做网线和电话线等;日常桌面支持,电话接听问题及时解决。

2.HR & Admin function:

a. Reception: Provide reception service in front door, receive visitors and go through proper registration procedures, etc.; Answer and screen incoming phone calls, transferring external calls and updates the telephone list of the company timely; Mails management, such as DHL etc. and receive and distribute incoming company mails; manage outgoing mails and make a record daily.

前台接待:访客接待登记;接听转接电话,及时更新通讯录;信件收发登记管理。

b. Assist in basic employee attendance data statistics; Assist in direct employee recruitment; Assist in dealing with on board and resignation procedures; Assist in labor contract and SPF card and so on.

协助考勤基础数据统计;协助直接员工面试通知安排;协助新员工入职及离职员工手续办理;协助劳动合同报送及公积金会员卡领取等工作。

c. Transportation arrangement; administrate working meals: including meal quality/service management/suggestion questionnaire; stationery management: Purchase and organize stationeries and office utilities; assist in cleaning management; print employee business card and supporting of company activities, such as Annual Party, Employee Birthday Party and so on.

车辆安排;工作餐管理,包括餐饮质量/服务/建议等;文具采购登记管控;协助清洁管理;名片印制及公司活动协助等工作。

3.Other tasks assigned by company. 公司安排的其它工作。
