职位描述：

1、按照上级的安排，遵行安全作业规则要求并结合相关作业知道，按时保质保量完成生产任务
2、对焊接设备及其他负责工具进行定期检查，维护保养并及时向生产主管反应相关情况
3、配合主管或主动进行生产成本的控制和降低
4、保持工作环境干净、整洁，严格遵照5S原则

岗位要求：

1、技校或职高毕业，能看懂机械结构图，焊接符号，并按照焊接作业
2、从事钣金或钢结构焊接2年以上,CO2气体保护焊为主，需持有焊工上岗证（操作证）；
3、诚实、守信、踏实稳重，有责任心，团队合作
4、积极主动、能吃苦耐劳，服从上级主管的其他工作安排

Reitz Fans (Suzhou) Co. Ltd is a 100% daughter company of Reitz Ventilatoren, Germany. Reitz Germany is the biggest maker for heavy duty, high efficient radial fans in Germany. They produce 10 000 fans annually, employ more 400 staff members. The total group turnover is 85 mio ? annually.

Reitz has established a factory in India 12 years ago successfully to serve the Indian and near east market. Now Reitz has established a new factory and engineering company in China. Suzhou, SIP. This company will produce and supply high quality fans to the Chinese and Asian market. The factory should be functional from April 2010.
