1, 会熟练操作stoll电脑横机操作系统，m1或者m1 plus。

2, 能按计划完成小片、样衣和大货的相关程序/制版和编织，要能够独立完成小片和样衣的电脑织片，同时提供相应的编织数据给样衣中心，即编织时间、颜色配比比例等。

3, 在进行小片和样衣的过程中要随时和工艺员或者业务员沟通，内部沟通能力要强。

4, 服务意识要强，态度要好，要为下一道提供便利。

5, 工艺理解能力要强。

6, 计划性要强。
