职位描述
Responsibilities
? Manage Technical Construction Phase. track progress of technical construction.
? Understand & analyse the requirements to ensure local vendor deliver quality outputs based on defined processes, review project performance & take corrective actions when necessary; identify & mitigate risks before they seriously impact the project delivery.
? Conduct review to ensure the quality of deliverables to ensure requirements & standards are met before handing over to QA for System Integration Testing
? Review test plan & test environment for System Integration Testing & provide support during User Acceptance Testing
? Manage project scope
? Map out overall execution plan & ensure the roles & responsibility, objectives, commitment, deliverables & schedule are clearly communicated to local vendor & act as the main liaison for PM, QA, and Finance users with local vendor for project completion, including coordinate with Finance IT for source data and mapping to feed Regulatory Reports
? Monitor project status including update to task list and meeting minutes to ensure that the agreed project progress is met
? Coordinate system change release, to deal with regional middleware team, DBA team and other related team, including (sometimes) translating for local vendor in their communication with regional team during change release
? Establish environment conducive to the successful completion of the project, including achieving control in project delivery & managing on-going customer relationships/expectation
Requirement
Mandatory
? At least 7~20 years information technology (IT) project management experience (development, implementation and support – at least has gone through one SDLC) with ability to manage complex projects
? Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
? Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques
? A good command of English (verbal & written)
? Domain knowledge for banking, Preferable
? Experienced in managing local/oversee vendors
Banking & Financial Services domain is a must
