Bachelor degree or higher with a strong hands-on ability
3 years experience in automotive vehicle or engine testing
Comprehensive knowledge of engine structure, mechanical vibration, measurement principles, and data acquisition & analysis
Experience with assembly and disassembly of engine parts
Chinese proficiency in writing and speaking
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to travel in China and overseas

Daily Work:
Perform functional tests on accessory belt system, timing belt system, and crankshaft damper to validate products for production launch
Perform tests to identify the root causes of customer complaints. Analyze test results to determine the countermeasures for solving the product issues in the field
Details of work include
Create test plans
Design necessary test fixtures
Set up tests: installation of sensors and fixtures
Perform multi-channel data acquisition, process data, and write test reports
