Job Description:

- Responsible for develop and design customized machine base on Chinese requirement- Communication with technical guy in DK, and make sure Chinese customized machine can be launch in time with good technical and quality
- Implement the KPI and relative goal which assign by GM
- Deal with the daily management job in R&D and Technical dept
- Communicate with DK technical guy and make sure Suzhou have the same technical level （Drawing, Version, etc）with DK
- Responsible for solve the technical problems in production
- Maintenance for device and equipment
- Improve the technical document in production line such as flow chart, WI,Testing spectification
- Improve the quality inspection documents.
- Responsible for the qualify the new materials and new supplier
- CCC certification application and changing application

- Solve the automation problems for Auto-welding like ABB, Fanuc, or kuk robot with Migatronic welding machine

- Oher technical supporting job to relative dept Requirement（Eduiction, Skill and Experience）

Education:
Diploma or Above
Fluent written and spoken English
Electric/electronic engineering education
Experience in communication with and training and motivation of co-operation partners
Extensive knowledge of common welding processes
Work experience:
5-8 years working experience in electronic engineering or relative area
Familiar with R&D process and have customized design experience will be advanced
Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001
Skilled in AutoCAD,solid Edge, Pro-E

Specially know how:
Welding technical knowledge such as Mig, Tig, MMA etc,
Ability to approach problems and solve them in an analytical matter
Ability to take initiative
Good team work skills
Excellent co-operation skills

Language skills:
Fluent written and spoken English
