Qualification Requirements:
1.College degree with major in Financial or other relevant major.
2.Familiar with MS,ERP, Decent English spoken and written,communicate with English fluently.
3.Working experience with relevant industry is preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Besides being the personal assistant of the GM for office related events, making travel arrangements for overseasvisitors (not for office staff) and being prime contact person for office administrative matters (including accounting matters and liaison with Financial Manager), main duties include:
1. Prepare and send all selling invoices for headquarter and oversea company with exception of the oversea company related business
2. Prepare and send all payment requests for for headquarter and oversea company with exception of the oversea company related business
3. Chase the payments from headquarter and oversea company in order to get the original B/L from the suppliers
4. Collect the shipping documents from the suppliers and check if all details are correct compared to the orders before issuing the related invoices.
5. Main contact person for AGS related matters and questions within the garment division and with the Hong Kong office from AGS.
6. Make the monthly report of unshipped goods (AGS) for the different BU (i.e. oversea company, PJP, woven men's confection, woven ladies'confection, oversea company )
