职位要求/Qualification：

l 大专学历以上，英语读写熟练，CET-4以上

College degree or above，fluent reading & writing in English, CET-4 or above

l 两年以上质量管理工作经验，熟悉ISO质量标准体系

More than 2 years working experience on quality management, familiar with ISO system

l 年龄35周岁以下

Less than 35 years old

l 做事积极主动、有责任心，良好的管理与沟通能力

Proactive, responsible, good management and communication skill

主要职责/Responsibility：

l 建立质量体系，并负责质量体系的正常运转

Build quality system, and responsible for the smooth running of the system

l 负责公司所有质量方面的工作，以及质检员的管理

In charge of all works related to the quality, manage the quality inspectors as well

l 保证产品和原料的品质，处理关联的客诉，促进质量的持续改进

Ensure the good quality of products and material, deal with the relative complaint, promote the continuate improvement of quality

l 负责进料检验，并撰写原料接收检验报告

Take part in the inspection of the received material, and fill in the inspection report

l 协助管理供应商，帮助供应商改善品质，降低进料的不良率

Assist to manage suppliers, and help them to improve the quality as well as reduce the unqualified rate of the material

l 负责对现场生产工艺以及产品进行改善

Direct and participate in development and improvement of existing product and process.

l 负责新产品、新工艺以及改进产品的试生产

Responsible for testing and trial-producing of new & improved product and new process.

l 建立培训体系，以教育新进工人，并对现有工人进行交叉培训

Establish training system and implement it, which consists of on-job-training for new operator and cross training for existing operator.

l 编写并不断完善生产流程、作业指导书及品质检验标准

Compile and improve production procedure, operation manual and quality standard.

l 及时完成上级安排的其它工作

Fulfill other jobs assigned by superior in time
