职位描述

- Job responsibilities:

l This position will be responsible for ensuring smooth production in the factory

l With the principle of coordinated with general manager’s development strategy, supervision of all operational matters in the factory

l The selection, leadership and development for the factory staff, (for department managers position, needs to involve consultation with the General Manager)

l Be responsible for costs

l Develop personnel and financial budget in consultation with the general manager

l From the production point, maintaining existing customer relationships

l To ensure product quality standards

l In consultation with the General Manager, plan for machinery and equipment purchase for the production

l Continuous improvement of production process

l Improve and Optimize the plant procedure

l Development of rationalization


- Job requirements:

  • University of polymer science, chemistry or mechanical background, MBA is a plus.
  • More than 8 years in foreign invested manufacturing company, at least 5 years in plant management position with overall plant management responsibilities

- Skills / Qualifications requirements:

  • Good ability of organization and decision making
  • Good at people management and motivation
  • Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
  • Familiar with data analysis.
