A: Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责 1. Ensure and maintain a customer oriented relationship and environment with the KGs sales-engineering departments and PLM organizations. 与KG销售工程部以及PLM部门保持一个以客户为导向的关系和环境 2. Increase the product-line service-level to KGs(FOs). 提高对FO的服务质量 3. Prepare elevators configuration. 设计电梯配置方案 i. b) 4. Perform elevator calculation e.g. 对电梯进行计算，如：Traction/Drive/Guide rail calculation曳引力/驱动/导轨计算 5. Define the specification of elevator. 定义电梯的技术参数 6. Select the elevator components and preapproved technical solutions. 选取电梯部件和已批准的技术解决方案 7. Assemble the owner documentation.收集属于本人的文件 8. Sign application engineering documentation.签署应用工程文件 9. Sales supporting to FOs for big project tender on non-standard requirement在大项目招投标时对FO提供销售支持

B: Qualification and Experience 资历与经验 Critical Ability, Skill and Knowledge 关键能力、技能和知识 (By referring Schindler Competency, identify necessary ability, skill and knowledge 参考迅达素质，确定必要的关键能力、技能和知识) - Familiar with elevator product , - 熟悉电梯行业产品； Analytical and conceptual thinking person； 善于思考； - Good at systematic thinking; 良好的系统化思考能力； - Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and communication skill; 良好的人际技巧，较强的自我激励以及沟通技巧； - Be Familiar with PC application; 熟练的电脑操作技能； - Fluent English. 流利的英语。 Education Background or Certificate教育背景或相关证书 - Bachelor or above 本科或以上学历 Work Experience工作经验 1，1 years in the elevator industry. .1年以上电梯行业工作经验 2，Internal Application Engineering training (Tools, methods) .内部应用工程培训 3，Practical field training (installation and acceptance of elevator).现场培训（电梯安装和验收） 4，Familiar with Schindler Group Product Lines熟悉迅达产品线
