Requirements:
-Bachelor degree (or above) in material or engineering;
-Good English communication by writing and speaking;
-More than 8 yrs sourcing experience in multinational companies;
-Have experience on sourcing team management;
-Have multi-commodity sourcing capability for electric-mechanical equipments assembly and system.
-Familiar with the markets of sheet metal, machining, plastics, electronics, wire harness, mechanical parts, packages…
-Experienced on supplier management of Delivery/Quality/Cost/Service…
-Be familiar with Supply chain solutions like Kanban/Pull/Consignment, and basic import/export knowledge.
-Experienced in ERP system;
-Strong commercial knowledge and negotiation skills.
-Strong project management skills and familiar with NPI process, ECN process.
-Familiar with KPI management for suppliers and internal team;
-Experienced on Cost Reduction projects.
-Integrity, reliable, good logic, aggressive.

Job description:
Strategic sourcing:
1. Develop sourcing department for strong sourcing capability.
2. Identify and qualify new sources and vendors to develop supplier base.
3. Strategic negotiation (MOQ&EOQ, payment term, delivery, service, improvement etc.) to develop core competence.
Supplier Management:
1. Supplier assessment and performance management (Q, C, D, S).
2. Supplier issue handling and supplier improvement driven.
3. Optimise commercial terms continuously in win-win concept.
RFQ management:
1. Study & negotiate quote to get competitive and reliable price.
2. Make sure all requirements (standard, specs, critical parameters) have been met
3. Cost reduction and localization
4. Develop cost analysis database and Cost estimation model
NPI management:
1. Organize CSI meeting with suppliers to make sure all specs and confirmed customer requirements well translated to supplier.
2. Support pilot building and make sure tools and materials on time delivery
3. Support ECN process and on time communication with supplier
Cost reduction:
1. Material cost reduction negotiation
2. Localization possibility study and implementation
3. Supplier cost reduction approach (4M: man, machine, material, method)
